A new Muslim often needs repeated prayer phrases very early because they keep coming back in daily salah.
These phrases should not be learned as empty sounds. Each belongs to a position or transition in prayer.
The easiest way to learn them is by linking each phrase to its place: opening, bowing, prostration, and closing.
