فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
Fa-inna ma'a al-'usri yusra. Inna ma'a al-'usri yusra.
“For indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.”
A reminder that no hardship exists alone – ease walks with it.
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ ...
Allahu la ilaha illa Huwa, al-Hayyul-Qayyum...
“Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence...”
One of the greatest ayat of the Qur’an, recited for protection and recognising Allah’s greatness.
لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ...
La yukallifu Allahu nafsan illa wus'aha...
“Allah does not charge a soul except with that within its capacity.”
Allah knows your capacity and does not burden you beyond it.
فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ
Fadhkuruni adhkurkum washkuruli wa la takfurun.
“So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me.”
Dhikr and salah as your anchor in daily life.
وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ
Wa man yatawakkal 'ala Allahi fa-huwa hasbuhu.
“And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him.”
Put your trust in Allah and He will be enough for you.
وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا
Wa qulu lin-nasi husna.
“And speak to people good [words].”
Good speech as the default setting of a believer.
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanah wa fil-akhirati hasanah wa qina 'adhab an-nar.
“Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
